When I started the process of searching for a home I was reluctant to work with a Realtor and considered it nonessential however I now see the value in having a Realtor who is as diligent as Sharon is. Sharon listened carefully to what we desired in a new home, and certainly delivered! She has an uncanny knack for being able to know which homes have solid bones and which ones have hidden problems and could literally sniff out mold or dampness in a basement or washroom!
